Day Guests:

 

Day Pass bookings include all workshops, materials and all food & drink. 11AM- 6.30PM

A welcome pack will be sent to you by email, containing all check in details and information on how to find us, 7 days after your booking has been made.

Due to limited places and high demand, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

·       If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, so long as it is earlier than one week before the event, you will recieve a full refund.

·       If you wish to cancel any later than 7 days before the event, then you will recieve a 50% refund.

·       Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund if you wish to cancel any later than 48 hours before the event.

·       If you wish to amend your booking, to attend a different date, then a minimum of one month's notice must be given. Changes can only be made to attend a retreat within the same calendar year.

If for any reason in extreme circumstanced we have to cancle a retreat you will recieve a full refund or beable to transfer your ticket to a different date.

 

 

Weekend Guests:

 

All weekend bookings include your accommodation, all workshops, materials and all food & drink.

By proceeding to book, you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of £100, which will be deducted from the total booking fee. Once your booking has been made, you will receive an email with details on how to pay the remaining balance, which will be due 7 weeks before your stay.

*If full balance has not been cleared four weeks before the chosen retreat date, then your £100 deposit will become non-refundable and you will lose your place at the retreat.

·       There is a 24 hour cancellation period, during which you will receive a full refund (including £100 deposit). 

·       If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, your £100 deposit will be non-refundable, but so long as you cancel a minimum of one month before the event date, you will receive a refund of the remaining balance (minus £100 deposit).

·       If you wish to cancel any later than 6 weeks before the event, then your £100 deposit AND 50% of the remaining balance will be non-refundable.

·       Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund if you wish to cancel any later than 14 days before the event.

·       For double and group bookings, it is the person making the booking that is the point of contact, and will be responsible for ensuring that the full booking fee is paid by the required date. This person will also be liable for any unpaid fees. 

·       Your £100 deposit secures your place on the retreat date chosen when booking. If you wish to amend your booking to attend a different date (after the 24 hour cancellation period), then you will forfeit your deposit for that retreat and pay an additional deposit for the new retreat date you have chosen. Any ammendments to bookings is dependant on availability, therefore you must complete your new booking via the website. 

 

Double bookings:

 

·       If you have made a double booking and one of the guests cannot attend, then the booking will then be changed to a single person booking (meaning you no longer qualify for the two-person discount).

*We will always try our best to find you a suitable room to avoid this, if enough notice has been given.

ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING
